RETURNS
If you are not happy with your merchandise, a store credit or exchange will be provided within twenty days from purchase date. In order to receive an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be in original, unopened condition and not soiled, worn or washed with tags attached. If we find any items to be soiled, worn or altered in any way, a credit will not be given. If you would like the items sent back, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. If unwilling to pay for the items to be returned to you, the items will be forfeited. Store credits and exchanges are only accepted with a return authorization number. Please use our contact form to receive authorization. If you return items without authorization or after the twenty day return period, we will not provide a credit or exchange. If you would like the items back, you will need to pay for the return shipping within 5 business days or the items will be forfeited. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time for any reason.
Return shipment must include original invoice.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when exchanging and returning items for a store credit. Actual shipping applies. Please wrap and package any items you wish to exchange to protect them from damage. Insurance is highly recommended as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

ORDER CANCELLATION/REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Orders can be canceled before merchandise is processed with no service fee. Any refused shipments will be charged a restocking fee of sixy-five percent, plus the full amount of shipping discounts, if applicable. Orders canceled after merchandise has been shipped, or refused packages, are subject to a restocking fee (see above). If customer received free shipping, the actual shipping charges our store paid will be returned along with the restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
